Campaign for Women's Time

Recently, Krizalis Beauty Central launched a campaign for Women's Time. Called " Beyond Beautiful: A Campaign for Women's Time", the event aims to create critical awareness on the importance of women spending more time for themselves that just giving much of their time taking care of the home.

ABS-CBN celebrity star Krista Ranillo led the campaign, alongside with Ms. Malet Gatan and Emma Danan, Krizalis Beauty Central owners. Ms. Dindin Soriano explained why they supported the campaign.

Krizalis Beauty Central is a lifestyle salon located at Village Center Building, E. Rodriguez Sr. avenue, Libis Quezon City, a few meters away from Eastwood City.

" Just spend 1 hour every week for yourself to help you de-stress." says Krista, who is a successful businesswoman apart from being a celebrity. Krista says 3 out of 10 Filipina women are stressed. And in a study, she says that most of them showed signs of depression.

Krista says that Filipinas, especially married ones, should make sure that they spend some time for themselves to cope with the rigours of work and domestic life.
